Your use of Sprint Verdict for Jira is governed by two documents together:

1. The Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement, published by Atlassian and drafted by Bonterms.
2. The Provider-Specific Terms below, which modify it.

Where the two conflict, the Provider-Specific Terms take precedence, as set out in Section 1 of the standard agreement.

Provider-Specific Terms

Provider. Foooverse, an independent software project maintained by a single developer. Full legal and contact details are available on request via the contact address below, and will be provided to any customer, regulator or authority that asks.

Contact. support@foooverse.com

Governing law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This replaces the governing law and courts named in Section 19.2 of the standard agreement.

Privacy. The app's privacy policy forms part of these terms.

Data processing. The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely inside Atlassian's infrastructure. It operates no servers, no database and no third-party services, and transmits no customer data outside Atlassian.

Configuration created in the app — the team roster, leave records, public holidays and board display preferences — is written to the customer's own Jira as a project property and to Atlassian-hosted Forge storage. The Provider stores no customer data, holds no copy of it, and cannot access it outside a running app invocation on the customer's own site.

Roles under data protection law. The customer is the data controller. The Provider is a data processor, in the sense that the app's code processes personal data — display names, Atlassian account IDs, and leave dates where the customer configures leave tracking — on the customer's behalf and on the customer's instructions.

That processing happens entirely inside the customer's own Atlassian Cloud site. The Provider receives no copy of the data, operates no infrastructure that holds it, and cannot access it outside a running app invocation on the customer's own site. Atlassian's Data Processing Addendum governs the processing that occurs on its platform, and the Provider engages no sub-processors.

The Provider does not currently offer a separate Data Processing Agreement, because there is no transfer of data to the Provider for such an agreement to govern. Customers who require one should contact the address above.

If any of this changes — for example if a future version sends data to a service the Provider operates — these terms and the privacy policy will be updated before that version is released.

Support. Provided on a best-effort basis by a single independent developer, via support@foooverse.com and the issue tracker at <https://github.com/foojisheep/app-docs/issues>. No response time is guaranteed and no service level agreement applies. See the support page for what to include in a report.

Fees. The app is provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms obliges the Provider to keep it free indefinitely; any future paid version will be introduced as a separate listing or with notice, and existing functionality will not be withdrawn without a reasonable transition period.

Warranty. The app is provided "as is". The Provider makes no warranty that the app's capacity figures, forecasts or delivery metrics are accurate or fit for any particular decision. They are derived from data in the customer's own Jira and from assumptions the customer configures. They are an input to planning, not a substitute for judgement.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced on the Marketplace listing before taking effect. New versions of the standard agreement are not adopted automatically; if one is adopted, the date at the top of this page changes.
